Job SummaryThe Sales Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and Aritaum stores by ensuring seamless operations, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to execute strategies, provide administrative support, and act as a liaison between the sales teams and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support within the beauty industry, with a focus on improving store performance and customer experience. This position will directly report to the Sr. Sales Manager.Principal Accountabilities - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support the sales team and Aritaum Stores with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting, and communication.Work closely with Aritaum store managers to ensure they have the resources, information, and support to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with the SCM team to ensure that stores are adequately stocked and manage the flow of products between warehouses and stores.Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team to drive performance.Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience in stores.Support in the planning and executing of sales promotions, product launches, and special events in stores.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.Act as the point of contact for resolving any operational issues in stores, ensuring quick and effective solutions.Key Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.At least 5+ years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the beauty industry.Strong understanding of retail operations, particularly in beauty or cosmetics.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with inventory management and sales reporting tools is a plus.Understanding of customer and market dynamics as well as the beauty landscapeProficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.Effective problem solver with innovative thinkingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPositive team player with the ability to initiate, build and nurture relationshipsSelf-starter, takes initiative to improve and start tasks that benefit business and team goalsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at times with little direction/oversightBilingual (English-Korean) is an assetWe are committed to integration and equal opportunity.
