Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant quantity surveyor required in the Merseyside area. The job will be a mix of working from site , home and the office which is based in Wrexham. Previous experience as an assistant Quantity surveyor in the construction industry is preferred. Working for a Sub Contractor who is extremley busy in the northwest your role will be not limited to but including: • Experience in cost management of construction projects from start to finish. • Ability to prepare estimates, manage budgets, oversee cost control, and procure subcontractors. • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience in the roofing and cladding industry
