Finance Intern - January 2025

Keensight Capital is the leading European-based growth buyout fund specializing in the Healthcare and Technology industries. We are currently recruiting a full-time intern to support the Finance team in its activities. The internship will be for a period of 6 months, starting in January 2025, in Paris.The position will provide the candidate with exposure to strategic aspects of the funds management and reporting.Day to day activities of the successful candidate will include the following:Monitoring of all transactions related to the liabilities and assets of the funds under management and the investment vehiclesPreparation of capital calls and distributionsManagement of shares subscriptions and transfersAdministration of the funds management digital systemMonitoring of funds’ performance and updating of dashboardsReview of accounting and financial statements of the funds and the investment vehiclesPreparation of the quarterly reporting of the fundsTool implementationThis list is not exhaustive and will vary depending on the capabilities of the intern and the needs of the team.Prerequisites:Degree in business, finance & accounting or controllingAt least one previous internship in one of the following areas would be a significant asset:Finance department of a private equity fundFinancial audit in a leading audit firmSimilar experiences in the financial services sectorInternational background and proficiency in professional EnglishRigorous and reliable, paying great attention to detailAutonomy and hands-onAbility to work on a wide array of topics; ability to prioritizeTeam player and pleasant to work withStrong personal values #J-18808-Ljbffr
