Registered Manager £48255-£55500 per annum A beautiful 40 bed care home in Boston are looking for and experienced Nurse Registered Manager Required: Nursing home setting experience NVQ 5 or working towards Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices  Experience in dementia care . The ideal candidate will have experience in managing care homes, supervising staff, and providing excellent patient care services. Most importantly, they will have a sense of business acumen to steer the home towards high and consistent occupancy levels.
