Skills: Administers Human Resources programs, systems and processes. Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies. Conducts preliminary analysis of workforce planning analysis. Resolves HR administrative employee issues. Completes the majority of the HR administrative tasks for Canada including onboarding and off-boarding. Conducts employee investigations.
