Job Requirements / Description
Our highly regarded Client in North West Bristol has an immediate requirement for a good all round Administrator to join this busy department. This is a varied role that encompasses elements of accounts, purchasing, administration and getting out and about to ensure the site is adhering to H & S standards. Duties include: * Account reconciliation and billing check * Waste Management Plan development and implementation * Preparation and submission of timesheets for the department * Organise training courses; accommodation as appropriate and update competency records * Collate department expenses monthly, authorise and submit to payroll * Maintain records for Finance dept * Department travel and accommodation booking * Purchasing of department requirements * Monthly, bi monthly, and annual report preparation. Key Skills: * Well organised and detail focussed individual. * Computer literate with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, and Excel. * Expert level of written and spoken English. * Full clean driving licence.
