Job Title: Construction Director Salary: £80-£100K, DOE Locations: Hemel Hempstead, Maidenhead, & Bracknell Work Environment: Combination of office and on-site work About the Role: Join a leading property development team known for transforming commercial properties into modern apartments, offices, and student accommodations. This role includes overseeing new build projects as well. Responsibilities: * Plan and manage construction and logistics for multiple projects. * Coordinate with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers. * Develop and track work schedules to ensure timely project completion. * Manage budgets and control costs. * Ensure safety and high standards on-site. * Provide regular progress updates to clients. * Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines. * Address contract issues and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
