As an Assistant Complaints Handler, you will:
- Provide support to the Client Liaison Handlers
- Identify and collate data required for the investigation of complaints
- Provide timely and suitable updates to clients
To be a successful Assistant Complaints Advisor, you will:
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Liaise with different teams to manage clients
- Act with due skill, care and diligence
In return, my client is offering a salary of £12.00ph. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position for 3 months.
