Senior Quantum Algorithms Researcher required to join a growing company where you will lead the development of fault-tolerant quantum algorithms, oversee simulations, collaborate with partners, and mentor junior researchers.Responsibilities Lead the creation and refinement of fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and error-correction protocolsOversee and conduct simulations to validate these advanced techniquesPartner with hardware providers, software developers, and research institutions to drive forward quantum computing solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and students involved in the projectsShare research outcomes in prestigious journals and at major conferencesKeep up to date with the latest breakthroughs in quantum computing and quantum chemistryRequirements Ph.D. in Quantum Computing or a closely related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in the quantum computing sectorExperience creating fault-tolerant algorithms and performing resource estimationExpertise in developing quantum algorithms for chemical applications, including techniques like quantum phase estimationStrong programming skills, especially in Python, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.G., Qiskit, Cirq, OpenFermion)History of publishing high-quality scientific researchProven capability to work independently and lead junior colleagues and studentsBenefits Competitive market salaryThe chance to work for a rapidly developing startup companyLong term employee incentivesWork with Talented Engineers from across the globeClear development pathwaySolve challenging problems with the potential to transform industries
