DC Staffing Solutions is looking for an Experienced Warehouse Team lead for for one our potential client located in Brampton, ON.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory - Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate work - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies - Analyze inventory levels and usage to optimize stock levels and minimize waste - Utilize computerized systems for inventory tracking and data analysis - Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Experience and Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role - Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles - Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) for data analysis and reporting - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to lead a team and effectively delegate tasks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
