Planner

Our client is a large and very well established Tier 1 building contractor in the South Birmingham area. They carry out a diverse range of projects up to £100 million across the Midlands including schools, hospitals and large student accommodation. Due to ongoing growth they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Planner into the team. Based from their Bromsgrove office and working on a range of projects, your roles and responsibilities will involve working on both tenders and live projects, working closely with large and well established project teams. Essentially you will take the planning lead on large and high profile projects, reporting to the planning lead on all issues. Candidates will come from a planning background, having worked with larger and well known contractors previously. You will be adept at using ASTA in particular and have experience of 4D programmes. You will also reside within commutable disctance of the Bromsgrove area.
