About the Role: We are seeking two Senior Project Managers with a strong background in Remediation Projects to join our Insurance client. Ideally, you will have experience in Health Insurance or broader Insurance sectors; however, we are open to candidates from large banks, as banks have been leading in remediation initiatives for longer. In this role, you will work closely with the Remediation team to address a critical issue within the Health Insurance processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management of complex remediation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current state, identify impacts, and implement corrective actions. Oversee the development and implementation of new processes to ensure long-term compliance and customer protection. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of remediation objectives. Participate in and contribute to the success of our 9-day fortnight pilot program. About You: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Project Manager role within remediation projects. Prior experience in Health Insurance or Insurance sectors is highly desirable, but candidates from large banking institutions with remediation experience will be considered. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation through to delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive consensus. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Ability to work under an NDA and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
