Branch Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in North Vancouver! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 4 years of direct leadership experience.Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:Manages the branch, including, but not limited to, client service, satisfaction and retention; sales; claims resolution; employee attraction, retention, employee engagement and developmentResponsible for profitability within the branchEnsure an excellent and consistent client service experienceProvide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talentsDirects team members and provides leadership within the branch including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team membersManage all operational aspects of the branchRequirements:5+ years insurance related experience, combined with at least 4 years direct leadership experienceLevel 2 General Insurance LicenseCIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferredExcellent communication, leadership and customer service skillsInterested candidates please contact Vanessa Ip at 778-383-9790 ext. 105 or forward your resume in confidence to vanessa. #J-18808-Ljbffr
