Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales department to new heights. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for our sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success and growth of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement. Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. OMVIC certified. Chrysler experience preferred. Benefits:
