Job Title: Project Manager Location: Chichester Salary: £78,000 - £85,000 + Car allowance + Pension + Holiday Start Date: July OR August A medium-sized main contractor, based on the South Coast, specialises within the commercial, industrial & public sector work covering projects across Hampshire, Dorset, and West Sussex. With a recent win of a £14 million scheme close to Chichester & they are actively seeking an experienced project manager to deliver a complex refurbishment & new build project due to commence in July / August. Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships. Monitor project progress, identify and address potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely completion. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project-related risks. Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
