You will be based in Paris and report directly to our CISO.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining the information security management system (ISMS)Maintaining ISO 27001, SOC2, HDS, HITRUST, IRAP, TISAX and complianceImplementing/maintaining security compliance frameworks as required by regional or industry requirements (such as PCI)Mapping internal controls to compliance, contractual or risk driven requirementsIdentifying and working with auditing firms, collecting evidence to present to auditors and customersEnsuring technical implementation and business processes are alignedParticipating in the creation, review and update of information security policies and maintaining the quality management system and internal auditingProviding technical advice, recommendations and consultancy on product architecture, infrastructure and processesProviding or assisting with implementation documentationOngoing project managementYou will bring:12+ years experience in a Security Consultant position, ideally with an auditor or implementor experience for SOC2 or ISO27001.Masters in Information System Security or other Computer Science fieldDeep understanding of security risk management methodsAbility to align information security policies with business requirementsFlair for translating information security requirements into IT security controls and measuresAttention to detail, rigorExcellent communication skills – both written and oralProject management skills and an ability to translate business requirements into technical IT security deliverablesStrong knowledge of risk managementCertifications like ISO27001, ISO27005 would be strongly appreciatedSalary: $50,000 - $500,000 a yearOdaseva’s values are: Trust, Customer Centricity, Engagement, Excellence, Continuous Innovation, and TeamworkOdaseva offers an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people innovate and grow.
