Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Referral and Assessment. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.
Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.
Duties of a Referral and Assessment social worker
To participate in three weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
Provide specialist duty cover when required
Hold short term CiN plans and CP cases
Attend team meetings are and participate in team development
Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare
