Contracts Manager

Title: Contracts Manager Location: Cardiff or Bristol Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 + package / bonus/ car allowance Sector: New build, Cladding, Refrubishement - £2m - £20m Start Date: Immediate or ASAP The Company: Our client is a successful and highly sought after main contractor based in the Bristol & Cardiff regions, specialising in a variety projects across new build, refurbishment & large external cladding replacement across Commercial, Apartments, Education and Care Homes. Typical projects range from £1m - £20m Contracts Manager - The Role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the teamto run projects wibased eitgher from Cardiff or Bristol working on projects nationwide. Roaming across projects (typically 2-4 at any one time) offering excellent work flexibility with a mix of remote, office and site. You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Site Managers/Project Managers and supported by the commercial team. The role will report to an Operations Manager.
