Lead Electrical Technician - Trainer

Panel Wiring Trainer - Lead Electrical   Bristol   £33-36k, + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays+ Pension Scheme + Additional Benefits Leading high technology manufacturer with a state-of-the-art, purpose built facility in North Bristol are seeking an experienced Panel Wirer with the expertise and knowledge to train the next generation of wirers within the company's dedicated training academy. You will play an integral part in developing shop floor processes and procedures including aspects of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. The role   ·Deliver all forms of academic and vocational study relating to Electrical Panel wiring ·Utilise e-learning where feasible. ·Carry out internal testing on trainees and existing staff periodically. ·Ensure the training provided is relevant and to the latest industry standards. ·Conduct interviews and actively participate in recruitment events ·Work injunction with line managers to development and progress personal development plans. The person:   ·You will ideally possess either an Electrical apprenticeship or City and Guilds part 3 or HNC, HND or Higher. ·Comfortable delivering training to anyone of any level. ·Proficient in Lead-Free soldering ·Panel Wiring ·Ability to read wiring schematics and drawings. ·Ability to fault find and implement corrective action. ·Able to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely. ·Understanding of electronics and PLCs. ·Experience in leak detection is highly advantageous but not essential
