Business CoordinatorOn behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Business Coordinator for a 3 month contract working remotely.Business Coordinator Responsibilities The next Business Coordinator for the Chief Financial officer will play a critical role providing administrative leadership for your executive and all senior leaders and the broader team overall. This will include: assisting with the coordination of the daily administrative tasks and supporting operational needs such as calendar and schedule management, expenses management, and new employee onboarding. The Business Coordinator will also use innovative best practices to proactively enable a seamless internal team member experience and manage event planning activities. We are looking for someone who loves nothing more than delivering exceptional service to their leader and team who takes pride in being able to build strong relationships that encourage collaboration and teamwork. You will provide a wide range of confidential executive and discretionary support in an effective and well-organized manner. The successful candidate must have experience in a dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail is requiredBusiness Coordinator Mandatory Skills 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience either through introductory academic qualifications (degree/diploma in Office Administration or Office Professional Certificate) and/or work experience with directly transferable skills Previous experience supporting Finance teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional service orientation and the ability to provide professional, accurate, and timely support to team members and internal clients Solid computer skills, experience with Google Workspace (GSuite) an asset The ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times A professional, friendly, positive attitude Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail; and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, fostering respect and cooperationBusiness Coordinator Assignment Length3 months with the intention of renewingBusiness Coordinator LocationEdmonton - RemoteBusiness Coordinator Start DateASAP
