Bureau Veritas is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our environmental laboratory in Montreal, QC.
Key Accountability/Responsibilities:
- Administer human resources management for a laboratory of approximately 50 employees.
- Provide professional HR advice to a dedicated group of clients.
- Provide guidance to management and staff as well as onboarding and departing employees.
- Participate in the process of initiation and integration of new employees into the company.
Skills and knowledge:
- University certificate in human resources or industrial relations; CHRP designation is an asset.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Must be bilingual, both orally and in writing; Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), databases and HRIS modules.
Working conditions:
- Fast-paced desktop environment.
- Generally normal opening hours, with occasional overtime.
- Occasional travel to the Montreal area to other company sites.
