Senior Financial Analyst

DescriptionPahlisch Commercial is looking for a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.The Senior Financial Analyst will provide analytical support for the operations of PCI and capital management of associated SPEs. Primary responsibilities include analyzing capital requirements of our portfolio and running potential scenarios for review by the executive team. Additionally, this individual will be an integral part of completing loan underwriting for construction, bridge and permanent financing of our projects. Creating and updating cashflow forecasts for all development projects.Working with the CFO and Director of Finance to create corporate proforma financial statements.Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.Update portfolio valuations, including working with outside parties to determine values.Working with underwriters to close new loans.Performs quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information.Recommend financing structures (debt and equity) and consider the company’s cost of capital.Builds budgets and forecasts of future company performance.Provides creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance of projects.Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.Prepare presentation documents for executive staff to be used in board presentations and investor meetings.Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required.RequirementsQualificationsProven working experience as a Finance Analyst.Experience in Real Estate investment.Proficient in Excel spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications. Enjoys using Excel and PowerPoint.Hands on experience with statistical analysis and presentation packages.Outstanding presentation, reporting, writing and communication skills.Proven knowledge of financial forecasting.Proven knowledge of complex financials.Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
