Job Requirements / Description
1. Organising internal team meetings, circulating agenda’s & minutes.
2. Organising external meetings with Suppliers and co-ordinating documents/gathering information from internal business units in advance.
3. Working with the Projects, Systems and Resourcing Manager to review policies and procedures manuals and update accordingly.
4. Supporting with embedding new Teams site, providing support to Hospitality Team and helping with document management.
5. Co-ordinating audits & taking lead on ‘inventory project’
6. Supporting with admin for Redbridge Project
7. Completing Policy work and uploading documents to the Intranet
