Job description : Our client, a leader in the tire retreading industry, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative to join their team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while promoting our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on commercial trucking companies and transportation fleets. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service. Use a strategic mindset to analyze market trends, identify growth areas, and develop targeted sales strategies. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing opportunities and independently closing transactions. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales approaches and strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate opportunities. Skills and qualifications : College or university degree in Business Administration or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written. Strategic thinking and ability to analyze data. Identify effective sales opportunities and strategies. Ability to quickly learn and teach product knowledge. Motivated by results and passionate about exceptional customer service and execution. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Quebec and as needed. Experience in Quebec required.
