Job Role: Wood Manufacturing Operative Location: Market Harborough Shift: Day Shift Pay Rate: up to £18.00 per hour. Benefits: Free on-site parking + regular overtime available + company events The Company: A forward-thinking, well-established company that specialise in high end, bespoke joinery projects are recruiting for permanent Wood Manufacturing Operative to join their existing team due to continued growth of their order book and gaining new clients. This is a manufacturing business with a fantastic reputation supplying a client base across the UK, with a strong culture in future investment and an annual apprentice intake. The Wood Manufacturing Operative Candidate: Experience working with furniture or bespoke joinery experience - Desirable Experience working with MDF & Laminates - Essential Ability to read technical drawings Ability to comprise, read and interpret cutting lists Assembly of furniture Use of hand and power tools Experience with Spindle Moulder, Panel Tool, Tenoners, Morticer, Bandsaw, Ripsaw, Crosscut, Cordless drills, Jigsaw, Router, Belt sander, Electric planer, Biscuit joiner, Miter saw, Table saw Edgebander, Nail & pin guns. Fill sand and finish wooden products Work in a safe manner, adhering to company procedures Good communications skills A team player with a strong work ethic. Able to work amongst a team.
