Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with businesspeople to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.ResponsibilitiesThis candidate will act as a Technology Business Analyst, subject matter expert on the project and manage the agile delivery of various projects.Strong client stakeholder skills will be paired with strong knowledge of business and technology understanding to successfully execute this work.Partner with the business to help translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, testable specifications.Work as a liaison between business unit and delivery team in all phases of development from product definition to deploymentPerform feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, recommend alternative solutions, project strategies, and engage in negotiations-Act as an SME to business and work closely with them to provide understanding of data and platform.Understand and articulate the technology vision and strategyEnsure that technology solution is successfully aligned with the business goals and priorities-Define and implement operational processesEstablish high, mid and micro level plans, and estimates for project teamsOversee BDD validation that can be used to streamline QA and UAT processesMaintain a strong understanding of industry and enterprise.Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsStrong and hands-on DB knowledge and most importantly experience in Financial Crime domain.Strong financial industry experienceStrong BA with Financial crime domain experienceStrong SQL and Data Analysis knowledgeGood experience on Agile SDLC processesExperience with Data & Analytics related projects –Relevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation- Strong analytical and problem-solving Skills –Strong communication skills both verbal and writtenEffective collaborator across a variety of IT and Business groups, regions, roles, and levels-Ability to influence decisions/mindsets Skill DesireHigh quality architecture and design methodologies knowledgeWork experience as level-3 support for applications
