Leading Kent Legal 500 practice seeks Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ+) to join busy/expanding department.

You will be joining a team of 8 lawyers dealing with complex corporate work acting for a range of institutional and “Blue Chip” clients within the Healthcare, Agricultural, Life Sciences and Energy sectors. You will be dealing with a range of M&As, corporate restructuring work, Joint Ventures, Partnership matters and dealing with commercial agreements. Any experience with Banking/Finance or IP or IT work would be an advantage.
