Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intruder Service / Small Works Engineer to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that callouts, services, and small works are performed to the highest standards in accordance with NSI regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Service and maintain Grade 2-3 Intruder alarm systems * Handle callouts and emergency repairs efficiently * Install Dual path signalling units * Plan daily tasks and coordinate with office and field colleagues * Report directly to work sites and attend the office as required Required Qualifications: * Proven track record of servicing Intruder alarm systems * Competence in dealing with callouts to NSI standards * Experience with Dual path signalling units and Grade 2-3 Intruder alarm systems * Strong planning and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues Working Area: * London * Kent * Essex * Occasional sites outside the primary working area Call Out Rota: * Minimal emergency out-of-hours attendance (8-10 callouts last year) * Callouts paid from departure to return home at an appropriate rate Salary & Benefits: * Salary up to £45,000 per annum, based on experience * Additional callout standby allowance * Company vehicle provided * Fuel card provided * PDA Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (30 minutes for lunch) * Additional hours may be required to meet company obligations * Travel to/from first and last appointments not included in normal working hours How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send your CV, and qualifications to us.
