Electrician Location: Student Accommodation, Leeds City Centre Electrician Roles and Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks within student accommodation properties. Assess and report on electrical repair needs, ensuring work is carried out to high standards. Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the accommodation facilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Electrician Requirements Proven experience as an electrician, preferably within student accommodation or similar settings. Proficiency in electrical maintenance, repair, and installation tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within Leeds as required. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are desirable. Electrician Benefits Competitive hourly rate of £24-£25. 6 weeks of work starting ASAP.
