We are one big family and care passionately about the work we do and the service provided to our customers.   Role Overview: As a Driver Trainer at GBA Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our driving team’s skills and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your expertise will contribute to safe and efficient operations. If you are passionate about training, have a strong background in driving, and enjoy mentoring others, we invite you to apply.  Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be responsible for:  Maintenance and Development of Driver Induction Training Records  Delivery of Practical and Driver Inductions  Building Professional Relationships with Driving Teams  Monitoring Weekly Driving Performance Score  Supporting RTC Investigations and Retraining  Supporting Driver Recruitment  Delivery of Driver CPC Training  You:  Experienced LGV Class 1 Driver  Excellent presentation skills  Excellent knowledge of EU and Working Time Regulations  RTITB qualification in assessing LGV & FLT (desirable but not essential)  PC literate  A good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation  A professional approach displaying credibility  Awareness of Transport and Health and Safety legislation  What We Can Offer  Long term career with a stable market leader  31 days holiday, inc B/H  Holiday loyalty scheme  Company Health Care Scheme  Uniform  Learning and Development & Growth opportunities  What do our people say?  “Family Values and truly are.
