Deficiency Foreman (Sewer and Watermain)

Duties and Responsibilities : Oversee and manage sewer and watermain deficiency projects from start to finish. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the work crew to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. Identify and address any deficiencies or issues that arise during the project. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues and resolutions. Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sewer and watermain construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
