Job Requirements / Description
Context
- The Low Emission Gas R&D Program brings together around fifteen researchers
- The ambition of this program is to develop technological solutions to reduce the environmental footprint of gas chains and to strengthen their competitiveness and sustainability
- In this context, technical and economic analyses are useful for assessing technologies and are subsequently used to characterize them using Key Performance Indexes (KPIs)
- Technical analyses and understanding of the specificity of a technology allow them to be compared with each other, in particular by parameters of energy efficiency, GHG balance, value of co-products and associated costs
- In the context of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas), we look at all the processes involved in the value chain including liquefaction, shipping and regasification
O bjectives and deliverables Missions
- Technical assistance to the R&D project manager for the evaluation of innovative techniques in the LNG field
- Data and process analysis, comparison of technologies and integrated chains. Deliverables:
- Summary documents of data analyses and technical-economic studies
- Comparison of value chains including a new technology against a reference
- Report writing and presentations.N
