THE CHALLENGETAM is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. Our Project Managers are self-starters with a track record for taking initiative and working towards continuous improvement. They draw energy and excitement from taking on new projects and challenges. In this role, you’ll embrace a collaborative workplace culture where you can work alongside a team of media designers, developers, and learning experience designers to deliver best-in-class training solutions. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACTDesign project plans aligned with client centric requirements Present project strategies and planning solutions to clients and team membersSuccessfully manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexitiesSupport clients and team members by communicating clearly the status of tasks and projects and project decisionsBring researched best practices and innovations in project management to internal and client conversations and solutionsBring curiosity, clarity and collaboration to every discussionProvide leadership and instruction to project team members with regard to the goals and interpretation of client needs and project mandates THE SKILLSET3 years project management experienceExperience in a creative agency organizationPrior experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologiesStrong interpersonal skills including excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to tailor the messaging to the appropriate audience (Internal vs. Business Stakeholder)Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the ‘big picture’ viewA passion for creating excellent customer experiencesIf you’re interested in applying for this position, please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected] with Project Manager in the subject line.
