TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist for a Direct-Hire position within our office in Calgary!** This is a hybrid-remote work schedule! Subject to change. **Responsibilities Include:- Prospect new territories and participate in client outreach including inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, and site visits- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via delivery of strategic service initiatives- Preparing targeted proposals and presentations for decision makers and business owners- Developing, maintaining and expanding key client relationships and create strategic business plans for each account- Develop and implement creative/alternative methods of client delivery and coordinate recruitment initiatives- Develop accurate and competitive markups for technical Contract and Direct Placement recruitment- New-client contract preparation and negotiation- Qualify and prioritize multiple simultaneous customer staffing requirements- Generating forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes and quality documentation- Negotiating contracts, pursue new opportunities, and carry out post recruitment activities, ensuring client satisfaction and service levels are exceeding client’s expectations.- Leveraging the use of available company resources to provide value added support to each account- Achieving and exceeding set new clients and recruiting placement targets- Other related duties as required by leadershipRequirements Include:- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred- Minimum of 3-5+ years of recruitment sales experience within the mining, energy, infrastructure, construction and/or manufacturing sectors in Alberta- Aptitude with a variety of tools including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.- Willingness and ability to work within a hybrid remote/in-office environmentBackground check required, prior to employment.TRS is an equal-opportunity employer, accepting all applicants regardless of age, gender, sex, national origin, disability, or otherwise protected class.
