Lettings Accounts / Property Manager - East Manchester - up to £30k

This is a rare and great opportunity to join this leading Lettings agent based on the East Side of Manchester who have been established for many years.  They are looking for a Lettings Accounts / Property Manager who will be dealing with all aspects of the property management accounts duties.  Your duties will include arranging payments to landlords, landlord reports, paying contractors, data recording, working with the rental payment system, chasing rents and deducting outgoings from the rents in preparation for monthly payments. This role will involve accurate data inputting and accuracy of information so that the accounting / recording systems are maintained.

Essential Skills Required:

• Accounts experience essential
• Experience within the property industry
• Strong administrative background
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to talk with people from all types of organisations (solicitors, surveyors, trades people etc)
• Good IT skills/CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexible
