What You’ll Do
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to completion on a PFI Contract.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Multiple Projects: Valuing from £10k to £1m.
* Refurbs, Refits, Construction biased with involvement in M&E Management.
* Drive Success: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
* Track & Monitor: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes using cutting-edge project management tools.
* Risk & Performance Management: Proactively manage risks and monitor performance to ensure project goals are met.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of communication.
* Financial Oversight: Meet budgetary goals and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
* Lead Teams: Delegate tasks, mentor junior team members, and ensure the team’s strengths are utilized to their full potential.
* Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive project documentation and report to senior management regularly.
* RIBA Knowledge: Apply your understanding of RIBA Plan of Work stages to ensure project coordination and success.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing projects in the PFI Sector is ideal.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Expertise in resource allocation, budget management, and client relationship building.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of RIBA stages is a plus.
