Key Responsibilities: * Program and Operate: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls to produce precision parts. * Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production. * Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with CNC milling machines. * Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet industry standards and client requirements. * Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as a CNC Miller with Heidenhain programming expertise. * Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Preferred experience in a subcontract engineering environment, particularly in the oil and gas sector. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
