About the job: Enterprise Sales Manager The Enterprise Sales Manager’s key responsibility is to continuously develop, lead and assist with the execution of the strategy with Enterprise (Infrastructure) Alliances partners i.e. Vendors & aligned their Service Partners. To be the owner and strategic interface into our business across all internal interfaces and stakeholders, ensuring that we have strategic and tactical solutions, enabling and enhancing our Alliance relationships. Ensuring best practice and ultimately internal efficiencies across the whole business. The role will also be agile and require adaptability to be able to spot opportunities for growth and efficiency, and issues aligned accordingly with that need. The 2 key elements to this role are assuring our overall growth strategy and plan, with the Enterprise Vendors, with a key focus on developing and driving Sales channels, customers Commutable locations Hertfordshire, North London, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire Job Specification: Enterprise Sales Manager As Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to: - Continuously develop and manage the strategy around all Enterprise vendors and suppliers that form part of the Alliances strategy and business.  Own our top and bottom line for all aspects of the business aligned to Enterprise vendors. Work alongside the Pre-sales manager to align on strategy and tactics Proactively work with the sales leadership within the business to build sector aligned go to market plans that assist and best utilize its sales, commercial and technical resource while driving the best financial returns. Go out with the sales teams in customer meetings and presentations onsite or customer locations. Advise the board on future technology trends and access gaps in our technology and services offering which will better define the future direction of the business. Requirements: Enterprise Sales Manager Minimum of 5 years working within either a focused enterprise reseller/VAR/MSP, or 10 years within a broad-based IT reseller. Strong sales management and leadership skills. Proven communications skills at all levels of an organization Strong Influential skills and ability to work with Board level stakeholders. Proven experience of people management.
