If so, we have a role as AI and Data Science Manager within the Global IT Data and Digital Organization at CEVA Logistics.You will contribute to the setup and implementation of AI and Data Science solutions at CEVA, building up the internal operational teams, using both existing tools in CEVA and new, modern tools available in Cloud, utilizing our newly developed CEVA Data Platform.As the AI and Data Science Manager, you will join the Global IT Data and Digital organization at CEVA Logistics within the Global CIO organization and will report to the Global IT Data & Digital – BI & Analytics Head.This role is open in France, Spain, or Poland.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?You will be implementing, delivering, and managing from an IT perspective, necessary tools, technologies, and methodologies to support a Data Driven Organization.You will be sharing knowledge and implementing best practices in the CEVA organization ensuring that the business can benefit from it.You will be managing the resources and experts in your team to ensure that IT AI and Data Science can support the rapidly increasing needs from the business, both internally and externally.You will be building and educating your team to provide the necessary level of support for other departments and ensuring best usage of existing data.You will drive the growth of AI and Data Science in CEVA together with other colleagues from multiple areas, working together and utilizing available tools.You will be planning and designing solutions for the future which are aligned to CEVA's long-term strategy and ambition to be a truly Data Driven company.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience with proven results in project management, technical-functional, and managerial aspects.You have technical-functional experience, skills, and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake) and capability to understand modern data architecture models.Having experience with DataIKU is a nice to have.You have extensive experience in management and coordination of activities (tools, processes, best practices, risk management).You have strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture, and advanced analytics.You have a strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.You have very good communication and coordination skills.You are resistant to stress, have analytical thinking, and you are delivery and service oriented.You have diplomacy, a sense of dialogue, and persuasion to move issues forward.You are fluent in English.Please provide your CV in English.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop, and be part of our journey.
