Media Strategy Manager - Global Head of Men Franchises & Media Efficiency Opening for Full Time Position (CDI) CHANEL The Fragrance and Beauty business affirms its uniqueness through a promise: that of revealing the most unique beauty of each woman through her perfume, her make-up and her skincare products. Your Missions Define and orchestrate CHANEL Men Fragrances’ integrated 360° communication (BLEU de CHANEL, ALLURE HOMME SPORT and others tbc) in collaboration with Artistic Department, Marketing, Brand Engagement & Influence and Communication/Client Experience teams. Collaborate closely with media, social media, e-business, digital marketing, CRM and influence experts to create holistic communication plans. Set up an effective media efficiency strategy, with paid search at the heart, that enhances the client experience through an omnichannel data-driven approach while delivering tangible and measurable value. Build synergies with the data and digital teams to foster efficient innovations (1st party data integration, gaming, streaming, connected TV, etc.). Partner with the Global E-Business team to optimize the synergy between SEA and SEO. Contribute to the E-retail paid visibility guidelines to deliver a consistent approach with the Paid media strategy. Collaborate closely with the regional and local media teams to ensure implementation and monitoring of the global media strategy. Curate and scale the most relevant best-cases and opportunities. Drive the media agency team and the dedicated paid search experts to deliver media excellence, innovative ideas and optimized buying strategies, contributing to building long term brand desirability and fostering brand equity while delivering short-term performance. Ensure the optimization of the Joint Business Plan with Google by organizing regular Reviews and Action plans to support markets and regions. YOUR PROFILE YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY Strong leadership skills, able to bring others along. Highly collaborative and able to operate via influence in a matrix organization. Curious and future focused. Developing and defending holistic communication plans in a fragmented and rapidly changing environment. Client experience focused with a keen sense of business reality. Engaging and growing teams, mobilize and foster collaboration across multi-business teams and countries. Management, effective consulting and support skills - Proactive and driven. WHAT YOU WILL BRING You have 10+ years of experience in marketing and media, at least partially non-agency. Proven experience delivering business value from media investment. Experienced in digital from branding to Performance with high capabilities in SEA. Deep understanding of marketing and media strategy for luxury brands. Ability to articulate a view of the future of media/communications. Proven experience in rolling out new ways of working and capability programs. Experience in a global or regional role preferred. Strong knowledge of luxury and F&B category. French and English are mandatory.
