Role: MS Dynamics 365Location: Remote/CanadaDuration: Contract Job Description:The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Senior Administrator. This role is pivotal in driving the successful deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.As the Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire ecosystem ofPower Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring theirreliability, security, and seamless integration across our business processes.What you’ll be doing• Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation and deployment of Dynamics365 and Power Platform solutions, including app development, workflows, businessrules, integrations, and data migrations.• Platform Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain the health of the Dynamics 365and Power Platform environments, including monitoring performance, resolving issues,and applying updates and patches.• Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of Dynamics 365 andPower Platform applications, including data protection, user access management, andadherence to industry and organizational standards.• Integration and Data Management: Establish and maintain integrations between PowerPlatform/Dynamics 365 and other systems to enable seamless data flow and processautomation.• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use ofDynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, empowering them to leverage the toolsto their full potential.• Performance Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for performanceoptimization, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to improve overallefficiency and user experience.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the Dynamics 365 andPower Platform solutions, including architecture diagrams, configurations, and bestpractices.• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex issues related toDynamics 365 and Power Platform applications, ensuring minimal disruption to businessoperations.• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, includingdevelopers, business analysts, and system administrators, to drive successful projectdelivery and ongoing platform management.QualificationsWhat we need• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Administrator, with a trackrecord of successful solution implementations and platform management.• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365applications.• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, including environmentmanagement, data connectors, and customization options.• Familiarity with the following Dynamics 365 modules: Customer Service, Field Service,Omnichannel, Marketing.• Solid understanding of data management, data integrations, and common integrationpatterns.• Experience with security and compliance considerations in Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform deployments.• Ability to lead and mentor junior administrators and developers.• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressingsystem issues.• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power PlatformFunctional Consultant, Dynamics 365 Administrator) are a plus.Great-to-haves• Previous experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in a call centre and/orhealthcare environment.• Experience with multi-cloud integrated environments (Azure & Amazon). While you won’tdirectly use our Amazon environments, you should know how to assist with diagnosingfaults and performance issues across in a multi-cloud environment. Previous integrationexperience with Workday, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow etc. would also be highlyregarded.
