Your tasks

• Responsibility for receiving requirements from the business, evaluating them and proposing solutions or scenarios in line with TotalEnergies' IT strategy
• Coordination with internal and external, in particular the supported, specialist departments
• Responsibility for the implementation of IT projects from kick-off to go-live while adhering to time and budget targets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of IT projects and operation of applications in the area of responsibility
• Supplier control and contract management - regular review of SLAs and contracts of service providers in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring adherence to compliance and IT security guidelines
• Local contact for centrally managed applications in the company, exchange with international teams
• Identification of potential for improvement

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the IT or digital sector
• Knowledge of project and change management methods
• Business fluent in German and English
• Strong teamwork, customer orientation, time management and problem-solving skills
