We advocate for our customers internally to resolve issues and proactively provide exceptional service. We know we are successful when customers offer testimonials and refer us, and when revenue grows month over month.Here's howIn this role, you will analyze problems and execute solutions in the following areas:Customer Base AnalyticsAnalyze customer base to understand current state, trends, and make recommendations.Develop scenario-based models for key business decisions.Identify significant factors driving Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and actions to improve it.Churn ProgramsInvestigate customer churn reasons and develop plans to decrease churn.Cross-Sell and Upsell ProgramsCollaborate with teams to understand products for cross-selling and upselling.Refine Sales Compensation programs to incentivize team behavior.Profitability ProgramsRefine customer profitability model.Review requests for credits and discounts using a consistent framework.Identify causes of low profitability and recommend remediation programs.What you bringCustomer First: You embody Customer Success and understand customers’ experiences.Analytical Skill: You can categorize large datasets into actionable frameworks.Project Management Skills: You can manage projects effectively to realize benefits.Proactivity: You have a “can-do” attitude and can problem-solve with limited resources.Communication: You can communicate complex ideas simply and build actionable recommendations.Interpersonal Skills: You earn credibility with stakeholders and facilitate discussions for alignment.Great to HavesExperience with managed IT outsourcing or IT consulting.Post-secondary degree in a math-based discipline.7+ years of relevant work experience.Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000Performance Bonus: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on various factors.
