Duties:

• Administer procurement systems, including supplier and user adoption, workflow configuration, and training.
• Develop automation and procurement reports for management.
• Create and analyze reports for metrics and KPIs.
• Maintain procurement databases (contracts, specifications, pricing).
• Support the implementation and development of procurement platforms.
• Conduct market research for innovative procurement solutions.
• Track spending, savings, and supplier performance.
• Propose improvements to supply management processes.
• Evaluate new system features through testing.
• Communicate with sourcing and business teams for process optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, supply chain management, finance, or IT.
• Five years of experience in a procurement department using enterprise systems like Ariba and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, public procurement, and finance interdependencies.
• Open-minded, innovative, and confident.
• Service and detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient in basic software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Fluent bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Crown corporations and government agencies is an asset.
