Chef De Partie – W12 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to delight our patrons with exceptional cooking in line with the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your contribution will play a key role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction. Our ultimate aim is to grow our clientele and bolster our reputation for long-term success. Shift Details A mix of morning and evening shifts. Weekly pay: £14.50 per hour, increasing to £18.58 per hour after 12 weeks. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with colleagues to prepare menus. * Ensure cooking stations are well-stocked with necessary supplies. * Prepare frequently used ingredients such as vegetables and spices. * Follow the head chef’s instructions and contribute ideas for new presentations or dishes. * Focus on optimising the cooking process with an emphasis on speed and quality. * Uphold strict health and hygiene standards. * Foster a positive and cooperative working environment. Requirements and Skills * Proven experience as a Chef de Partie. * Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes. * Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure. * Strong knowledge of best cooking practices. * Culinary school diploma preferred
