Job Summary: The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building & maintaining relationships with Retail Clients and ensuring overall customer satisfaction within the Cannabis industry. The role involves presenting product information, negotiating business opportunities, securing strong retail relationships and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for experienced & dynamic sales professionals focused on delivering results in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities:Sales & PromotionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals & objectivesPromote & sell cannabis products to retailers & other relevant businessesConduct product presentations and demonstrations to new & existing clientsClient Relationship ManagementBuild & maintain strong relationships Provide excellent client service and timely follow-up to ensure satisfactionAddress client inquiries, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional mannerMarket Research & analysisStay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor productsIdentify potential sales & market opportunitiesCollect and analyze sales data to inform future business decisions & strategiesSales AdministrationMaintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions & transactionsAssist in the development of sales materials, presentations & promotional contentPrepare & submit sales reports, forecasts and any additional relevant documentationRole based coaching & feedback initiatives are supported and actioned appropriatelyQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field an assetProven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry or a relevant fieldSkills & AbilitiesStrong sales & negotiation skillsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to build & maintain professional relationshipsKnowledge of Cannabis products and industry regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwareSelf-motivated, results driven and able to excel independentlyResponds positively to coaching & feedbackOther requirements:Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry necessary eventsWilling to provide consent to a background checkWorking Conditions:The position requires travel to various locations as assignedWork hours can vary and may include evenings & weekends to accommodate client schedules & industry eventsCompensation:Base salary with short term incentivesCompensation includes benefits and paid vacation time
