Contracts Manager

A leading regional flooring company based in the West Midlands is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the flooring industry and be able to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: * Managing client relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Overseeing direct labour and subcontractors on large commercial installations across the UK. * Ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in flooring contracts management. * Ability to manage large-scale commercial projects. * Willingness to travel nationally, although most projects are based in the West/East Midlands and surrounding areas. * Valid CSCS card is required.
