Esthetician/Cosmetic Salesperson
NatureScape Spa and Cosmetic Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetician/Cosmetic Sales Associate to join our team in Bermuda!
About the Role:
In this full-time role, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and brand awareness for our established spa services and cosmetic retail brands. You’ll leverage your expertise in aesthetics and customer service to deliver exceptional experiences while contributing to our overall business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver a holistic approach to spa services, providing expert advice and product recommendations to achieve client satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients, actively listen to their needs, and cultivate trust.
• Champion brand innovations and new product launches through effective sales and client education.
• Collaborate with the manager to implement new brands and innovations.
• Participate in brand training and stay up to date on new protocols for product knowledge.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and assist with product presentations.
• Contribute to the creation of promotions, social media content, and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized spa and cosmetic centre environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, with expertise in both spa services and retail sales.
• Certified Esthetician/Beautician from a recognized institution.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to lift to 10 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Must be available for occasional travel for training purposes.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
Benefits:
