As a Technical Lead- Python on their Client Experience team, you will be responsible for leading the development of key features and solutions that drive their digital products and services. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, designers and other engineers to envision, design, and deliver industry-leading digital experiences for their clients.Responsibilities• Work with both technical and business teams to create and deploy digital applications.• Collaborate with business divisions to extract client insights that support better decision-making.• Execute data modeling experiments, document the findings, and evaluate the outcomes through prototype analysis.• Leverage Large Language Models to enhance business value.• Join forces with the data team to develop essential data products.• Offer advice on coding standards and conduct reviews of code.What You’ll Need to Succeed• Expertise in Python for data analysis, with proficiency in utilizing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.• In-depth knowledge of web application development, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Streamlit or Flask.• A good grasp of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Comprehensive understanding of Kubernetes for the orchestration and management of containerized applications.• Competence with various database management systems, covering both SQL and NoSQL databases.• Practical experience with digital platforms such as Salesforce and Seismic, along with their data integration.• Capability to operate within cloud environments like AWS.• Self-sufficiency with the ability to tackle multiple projects concurrently.• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.• Fundamental business communication skills, focusing on effective storytelling directed at business audiences, both in writing and speaking.
