Project Manager - CRM/ERP Outside IR35 - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully deploying ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end implementations, with the ability to oversee complex digital projects, including e-commerce platforms and websites. Role requirements: Lead the deployment of ERP/CRM systems, ensuring smooth and timely implementation. Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring all requirements are captured and met. Lead stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and any changes in scope. Work closely with development teams to ensure project goals align with business objectives. Utilize standard project management tools such as MS Project (or equivalent) to track and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure that customer relationship management and digital marketing goals are integrated into the project strategy. Skills required: Essential: Demonstrable experience in managing ERP and CRM software deployments. Strong project management experience with tools like MS Project or similar platforms. Proven experience in stakeholder management, including leading meetings and handling conflicting priorities. Strong background in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions. Experience with customer relationship management and digital marketing projects. Highly Desirable: Experience managing the deployment of HubSpot. Experience managing website development projects. Experience managing e-commerce project deployments. Experience leading stakeholder meetings and navigating multiple stakeholder interests.
